Mazinaajim Children’s Foundation and the Dilico Children’s Mental Health Team are hosting an event for Young Imaginations. The 6th Annual Dare to Dream Day is a free fun filled event for children and their families. Children will get to visit and interact with a number of fun and exciting booths and experience a variety of hands on activities. Children will have a chance to meet and talk with many different Superheroes and Princesses, take fun photos and enjoy a free dinner.

The event will be held on May 8th 2024, during Children’s Mental Health Week at the Coliseum at 425 Northern Ave from 3:00pm-6:00pm.

The Foundation supports numerous children and families to participate in unique life experiences like extracurricular school and community sports, music/art lessons, and cultural experiences, like regalia making. In addition, support for education and leadership opportunities is offered by providing assistive technology and participation at youth leadership conferences, training and courses.

Dare to Dream is Mazinaajim Children’s Foundation’s signature event and helps meet the vision as we continue to invest in our children, families and communities to ensure they have opportunities to dream big and advance in their education, health and wellbeing.
